Isaiah 60:22 KJV
A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation: I the Lord will hasten it in his time.

Acts 2:46-47 KJV
And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, [47] Praising God, and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

Every church, every ST, every department must have an overflow.

Any Church, any ST can grow. There is no ministry that is destined for stagnation.

“Though thy beginning was small, yet thy latter end should greatly increase.” Job 8:7

It’s okay to start small, but it is not okay to remain small.

  1. Growth is natural

Every building is meant to finish

Every child is meant to grow

Every seed is meant to become a tree, and eventually a forest.

Every church is planted to grow.

  1. Growth is expected

When at 5 a child is not growing, the unexpected is happening.

  1. Growth brings joy

Every growing church is a happy church. No church that is not growing can at the same time be happy.

People tend to get committed when they see growth.

There is joy in heaven over every soul that is won.

  1. Growth glorifies God

John 15:8
Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.

  1. We were called for growth

Luke 19:13 KJV
And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come.

  1. Number attract number

Matthew 13:12 KJV
For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath.

Acts 6:7 KJV
And the word of God increased; and the number of the disciples multiplied in Jerusalem greatly; and a great company of the priests were obedient to the faith.

Because of the growth of the church in Acts, even the priests believed.

  1. Number honors God

Proverbs 14:28 KJV
In the multitude of people is the king’s honour: but in the want of people is the destruction of the prince.

God is a BIG God who requires BIG crowds in His meetings.

  1. Big Crowds are expected Jesus died for the whole world. It is only natural that He should expect a great number of people to follow Him

No ministry grows beyond the growth of the minister

An empty Pastor cannot fill a church. A pastor that is full cannot continue to minister to an empty church.

The size of your heart determines the number of people you can accommodate.

You must have a vision for growth.

The proof of vision is passion. When passion is absent vision becomes dull.

Ephesians 4:11-12

Members must be trained for ministry. Every member is a minister.

Equip people for ministry.

Organize them for ministry.
