WE DO NOT HAVE TO BE DEFEATED

We Do Not Have To Be Defeated

Satan wants you to believe that if you are undergoing some sort of problem in your life today, it must mean that God does not love you or that you are out of His will. But these are old lies from the feeble arsenal of an already-defeated devil. He will continue to pile his pathetic lies and deceptions upon all who will listen until the final conflict between Satan and the saints.

Just because we can win every war against the devil does not mean we will not encounter problems, but these situations do not automatically mean you are out of God’s will. The Word of God clearly says there will be times of trouble and persecution.

From Revelation 12:10-12 we learn…

  1. The devil will accuse you day and night.
  2. The devil will attack you.
  3. He has only a short time.
  4. Spiritual persecution is one of his tricks.

From this knowledge of how the enemy operates, you can then be armed through the power of Jesus Christ to defeat every circumstance.

We all experience persecution. What separates Christians from the unbelievers is that we can emerge from every circumstance in victory. Jesus warned us there would be a time of persecution:

Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. (Matthew 24:9-10)

And in another place:

For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened. (Matthew 24:21-22)

But remember, even during a time of great persecution, God is still in control. The saints living upon the earth during these persecutions are not weak, cowering believers who are subject to the wiles and whims of a supposedly powerful devil.

Through the blood of Jesus Christ, we can and will be completely victorious in every personal persecution. We do not have to be defeated!

Make this declaration:

If persecution comes today, I will not be defeated. Through the blood of Jesus, I will be victorious in every situation.
