YOU CAN HAVE A STRONG MIND
The reason the majority of Christians today are not walking in this dimension of power and victory is that they have not had a revelation of the powerful, one-hundred percent victorious mind God has made possible for us to have. Many Christians are bound by limitations they have set in their minds. They do not think it is possible for them to have a totally hundred percent victorious mind. They have settled for less than what God has made possible for us to have. Ephesians 1:1-23
God wants you to have the powerful, victorious mind of Christ in operation in your life. Paul told the Corinthians, “But we have the mind of Christ, the Messiah, and do hold the thoughts (feelings and purposes) of His heart” (1 Corinthians 2:16, TAB). God has planned that we are transformed into Christ’s image (Romans 8:29) and this transformation takes place by the renewing of our minds (Romans 12:2 and 2 Corinthians 3:18).
As we fill our minds with the Word and a knowledge of Christ, we are constantly changed and transformed into His image. As our minds, thoughts, wills, emotions, desires, and purposes are renewed, we become governed by the Holy Spirit and begin to manifest Christ’s life.
Paul told the Ephesians to be constantly renewed in the spirit of their minds (Ephesians 4:23-24). God has planned that our minds be filled with revelation knowledge so that we will be able to know and understand the riches of our inheritance and the power we possess as children of God.
Paul prayed that God would give the Ephesians the spirit of revelation in the knowledge of Christ, “That the God Of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him” (Ephesians 1: 17). How? “By having the eyes of your heart flooded with light…” Why?
…so that you can know and understand the hope to which He has called you and how rich is His glorious inheritance in the saints — His set-apart ones. And (so that you can know and understand) what is the immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of His power in and for us who believe, as demonstrated in the working of His mighty strength. (Ephesians 1:18-19, TAB)
God has planned that we have a strong mind with the ability to control every thought, imagination, desire, and emotion, and — through the spiritual weapons He has given us — bring them into obedience to Christ and conformity to the will of God. Don’t settle for anything less.
Make this declaration:
God has planned that I have a strong mind with the ability to control every thought, imagination, desire, and emotion. Through the spiritual weapons He has given me, my mind will come into conformity to the will of God.
