PULPIT MINISTRY IS 10%

PULPIT MINISTRY is 10% part of the ministry. 90% is what you do when you are not on the pulpit. And it is that 90% that determines the impact of the 10%.

Psalm 133:2 says that THE ANOINTING FLOWS DOWN. The anointing doesn’t flow up. Pastors, Make sure that the one who is placed above others has the flow of the anointing, if he doesn’t have it, those under him cannot receive it.

NO ONE SHOULD LEAD IN PRAYER WHO DOES NOT PRAY WHEN THEY ARE NOT LEADING. They will do more harm than good.

Hearts that are under their influence will become hardened toward prayer. You will be amazed to notice how people who used to pray will stop praying when such people lead them in prayer.

Zechariah 12:10 says, “And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications…” if the one leading doesn’t have the spirit of prayer, he cannot share what he doesn’t have.

NO ONE SHOULD PREACH THE WORD, WHO IS NOT IN THE WORD WHEN THEY ARE NOT PREACHING. They will be Ministering death and not life. 2 Corinthians 3:6, says, “… the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.”

They may say all the right things, the right way, but the life of the word which is responsible for transforming the hearers will be lacking, as a result, people will be hardened towards God, instead of receiving help from God. They will be ever learning but never able to come to the knowledge of the truth…

NO ONE SHOULD LEAD IN WORSHIP WHO NEVER WORSHIPS WHEN THEY ARE NOT LEADING.

Revelation 5:14, says, “And the four beasts said, AMEN. And the four and twenty elders FELL DOWN AND WORSHIPPED him that liveth forever and ever.”

The four beast didn’t have to say “Elders, it’s time to worship” or spend 20 minutes telling them to be serious and worship, all they had to say was “amen” and the elders were all under the spirit of worship. These are the kind of worship leaders we need in the church.

NO ONE SHOULD BE GIVEN THE RESPONSIBILITY TO GREET, SMILE AND USHER PEOPLE, WHO DOESN’T GREET AND SMILE AT PEOPLE WHEN THEY ARE NOT USHERING.

NO ONE SHOULD BE GIVEN THE RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE ANNOUNCEMENTS IN CHURCH, WHO DOESN’T REMIND PEOPLE OF THE ANNOUNCEMENTS WHEN THEY ARE NOT IN CHURCH.

Am sure you get my point. Who you put in front, determines what will become of those behind them. Anyone who is lifted above others in responsibility will determine what those under that person will receive and be able to do.

Pastor sir, Pastor ma. May God give you the grace and discernment to know and put the right people in the right places at the right time.
